Working process
Product Dispensing and Weighing:
Multihead Weigher: The machine includes multiple individual weighing hoppers, each equipped with a weigh cell. The product is dispensed into these hoppers.
Weighing Process: The multihead weigher employs advanced algorithms to accurately measure the weight of the product in each hopper. The combined weight of the product in all hoppers matches the target weight for each pouch.
Product Distribution:
After weighing, the system's distribution mechanism transfers the product from each hopper to a central collection point.
Pouch Unloading and Opening:
Premade Pouches: The machine unloads pre-made doypack pouches from a supply source.
Pouch Opening: The pouches are opened and expanded, preparing them for filling.
Filling:
Product Dispensing: The product is released from the collection point and accurately dispensed into each pre-made doypack pouch.
Sealing:
The top of the pouch is sealed using heat-sealing mechanisms. This creates an airtight seal that prevents contamination and maintains product freshness.
Optional Features:
Nitrogen Flushing: Injecting inert gas into the pouches before sealing to extend shelf life.
Zipper Closures: Adding resealable zippers to the pouches for consumer convenience.
