Working process
1. Sachet Loading: Individual sachets containing the powdered product are loaded onto the machine's feeding system or conveyor. These sachets are often pre-formed and sealed with the product inside.
2. Film Unwinding: The machine also unwinds a roll of packaging film for each lane, which will be used to form the larger outer bag. This film is typically a flexible material like plastic.
3. Forming the Outer Bags: Each film roll is shaped into a continuous tube as it passes through forming tubes or collars for its respective lane. The edges of the film are sealed together, creating separate vertical tube-like structures for each lane.
4. Outer Bag Filling: The powdered product sachets from each lane are deposited into the forming tubes for their respective lanes, inside the larger outer bags. The number of sachets added to each outer bag in each lane can be adjusted based on packaging requirements.
5. Sealing the Outer Bags: The top of each larger outer bag is sealed using heat-sealing technology, separately for each lane. This creates sealed pouches that contain the individual sachets for each lane.
6. Optional Steps: Depending on the specific machine's capabilities and the requirements of the repackaging process, additional steps might be included, such as:
Printing date codes, batch numbers, or other information on each outer bag for traceability.
Applying tear notches to facilitate easy opening.
